DURKOPP ADLER 887 (thread cutter)
The MATIC G95 stitching unit is an evolution of the previous systems providing companies with an automatic group where operator intervention is reduced to a minimum, thus reducing product processing costs and guaranteeing high quality results.
1. Automatic loader of 150 pieces which provides the machine with an autonomy of about an hour and positions the belts with greater precision.
2. Trolley loading system with quick release to make trolley changing fast and reduce operator intervention times to a minimum, at the same time constituting a practical and compact modular system for storing and handling belts within the company.
3. New unloading system with extended arm and new quantity collector. The machine is fully automatic for about an hour with operator intervention times of about 5 minutes.
4. New dual wheel feed system that allows even thick materials to be moved precisely for higher quality stitching.
Machining features:
• Quick learning: ease of use allows quick learning of machine management.
• Reliability: the great reliability allows operator surveillance to be reduced to a minimum, thanks to the adoption of sensors for thread breakage, machine stop, last magazine piece and empty spool indicators.
• Autonomy: fully automatic processing for about 1 hour.
• Production: limited operator intervention 5 min./h. of work, allowsto work with a group of up to 10 machines. Each machine has a production capacity ranging from 1000 to 1600 belts every 8h.

The machine can also be equipped with a Durkopp Adler 867 head with triple transportation, recommended for different types of belts (leather or sports) and for thicker threads.
